Located at 2205 NW 70th Avenue, the property was originally constructed in 1975 and the seller is leasing back 1 of the 3 bays. The building is situated on more than two acres of land adjacent to the Miami International Airport Cargo area and less than a mile away from the city of Doral.
Robert Meneses and Luciano Rappa of Kaizen Realty Partners represented the seller in the transaction, Casa Mar Investments. The buyer, Miami Dade Aviation Department acquired the property as part of the Airport's expansion.
